To make sure you will always have access to your account, even if you lose access to your phone number, please make sure that you write down your secret phrase (24 words) and that you back it up in iCloud/Google Drive from xPortal (Settings - Security - Secret phrase). This will help you to associate your wallet with a new phone number if needed.
