If your card got lost / stolen the first thing you have to do is ‘Freeze’ it. You can do that directly within the xPortal App by going to “Cards”, “Cards”, selecting your desired card, navigate to its Settings and choose to Freeze, Terminate or Replace it. Also, a service where you can report a Lost or Stolen Card is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via telephone at +40212026944.
