Step-by-step KYC guide for *EEA Users

  • Open the xPortal App and head over to the Hub section

  • Go to xLaunchpad, tap on Projects and then tap on “View Project”

  • Once there, you should be able to proceed with the KYC process

*What is an EEA User?

Both your ID and your Proof of Address (POA) are from a country that is part of the EEA.

List of EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden


1. First, you must confirm the following checklist.

2. Get verified section.

3. Enter your email

4. Once done, you will receive the following message.

5. Name - Be sure that it matches the ID you will submit during the KYC process

6. Select your ‘Residence’

7. Input your ‘Identification number’

8. Once done, you will receive the following message.

9. Identity verification

10. Complete the following steps

11. Once done, you will receive the following message.

12. Wealth & Income section

13. Main Occupation

14. Select your Job Level

15. Input your Employer Name

16. Select your Employer Industry

17. Select your Monthly Revenue

18. Select your Source of Funds

19. Select your Source of Wealth

20. How are you planning to use the card?

21. Once done, you will receive the following message.

22. Politically Exposed Person (PEP) section

If yes

23. Select your ‘Political Exposure’

24. Input your ‘Public function’

25. Nature of this role

26. Confirm the data and tap “Continue”

27. Once done, you will receive the following message.


The verification process will take between 24 to 72 hours.
