Step-by-step KYC guide for *Non-EEA Users

  • Open the xPortal App and head over to the Discover section.

  • Go to xLaunchpad, tap on Projects and then tap on “View Project”

  • Once there, you should be able to proceed with the KYC process

*What is a Non-EEA User?
Either your ID or your Proof of Address (POA) is from a country that is not part of the EEA.

List of EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden


1. First, you need to confirm your participation in the Ta-da xLaunchpad project.

2. Then you need to proceed with your identity verification.

3. During the next step you will need to fill in your Citizenship and Residence.

4. You will then need to add and confirm your email address.

5. Once you have confirmed your email, you will need to choose the document you want to use for your KYC.

6. You will now need to scan and submit your Passport or ID.

7. Then you will need to take a selfie.

8. During the next step you will need to verify your address. You can choose to scan or upload your document.

9. When you start the verification process, please make sure you follow these guidelines:

10. Follow the instructions and submit your proof of address.

11. During the next step you will need to fill in your personal information.

12. Then you will need to fill in some financial information

13. A confirmation that the ‘Financial information’ you have submitted should show up.

14. And finally a confirmation that the ‘Identity verification’ has been submitted will show up on your screen:


The verification process will take between 24 to 72 hours.
