If the xPortal App is deleted from your device or you switch devices, you will have to restore your account.
You can only do this if you have previously backed up your account.
Simply download the app on the device you wish to use and select "Import existing wallet". Follow the on-screen instructions and your account will be restored.
Enter the same phone number you used to create your account.
Please note that if you are restoring from iCloud or Google Drive, you’ll need to be signed in on your device to the iCloud or Google account that you originally used to sign up.
If you recently restored your phone from a cloud service like iCloud or Google Drive, it may take several hours or days before xPortal can access the backup file stored there.
If you are switching from an iOS device to an Android device or vice-versa, you will need to use the Secret Phrase (24 words) when you import the wallet. You will have to manually back up the secret phrase before switching to a different OS.
